In pursuit of continuing improvement of CASURECO IV’s services, it implemented in the fourth quarter of 2010 its on-line collection system.
Consumers can now pay in any of its collection centers which are open from Mondays – Fridays from 8:00 – 5:00 PM.
The on-line collection centers are in Tigaon, Goa, San Jose and Lagonoy.
Meanwhile, the collection centers of Ocampo and Sangay are off-line collection centers – this means that they will only accept payments from Ocampo or Sangay consumers respectively.
Two or three days after the reading schedule of the barangay, the consumer’s billing information will be immediately available in the on-line collection centers, whether a consumer has received or not yet received their statement of accounts.
Should there be any problem encountered with either the billing data or the billing amount, consumers are encouraged to coordinate with the area offices within five (5) days of receipt of their statement of accounts. Should, on the first week of each month consumers have not received any statement of accounts, they are encouraged to coordinate with the area offices to verify if they have any billing for the month.
The management is also working on improving the speed of the communication between collection centers, and also expanding the on-line system to include their Area III (Caramoan and Garchitorena), as well as include payments to banks.
This system replaced the previous sit-in collection system that was used by the cooperative.
The schedule for disconnection will be the same. Consumers are reminded to pay their bills before due dates to avoid disconnection of electric service.
